Virginia Calvo Mangas is a video game industry professional specialised in production, design, and marketing. She currently works as Producer and Designer at Path Games, the studio behind Insomnis and developer of the upcoming titles Dark Mass and Spirit.exe. In addition, she serves as Head of Marketing at SelectaVisión, leading the video games label SelectaPlay. In this role, she designs global communication strategies, coordinates international campaigns, and leads the marketing team in the launch of independent and third-party titles. Previously, she worked as Product Manager at PlayStation España, within the PlayStation Talents programme, where she managed the release of dozens of independent games in the national market. Her previous experience in design and production roles provides her with a transversal perspective on development, narrative, and the commercialisation of video games. With a strong passion for independent games and the horror genre, Virginia combines creative design with strategic marketing planning, driving projects that seek to innovate and establish meaningful connections with players.
