Academic Recognition of Credits for Degree Admissions

You must present the application form duly completed to Academic Orientation, accompanied by:
For recognition based on previously completed university studies (official or unofficial):
- Personal academic record; certified photocopy (or photocopy and original for verification).
- Program of each subject from which recognition is sought, stamped by the Center where it was taken and corresponding to the year in which it was passed.
For recognition based on higher non-university studies (Higher Level Vocational Training):
- Personal academic record; certified photocopy (or photocopy and original for verification).
For recognition based on cultural, sports, student representation, solidarity and cooperation activities (Only in Degree studies):
- Certificates of the credits obtained through these activities.
For recognitions based on work or professional experience:
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Employment History.
- Accreditations of all merits that can be valued.
Deadline and place for submitting recognition requests
Recognition requests will be submitted to the General Secretariat within the deadlines established in the enrollment instructions for each cycle for each academic year.
- New students: when enrolling.
- Students renewing enrollment: at the beginning of each semester. Check specific dates in the Enrollment Renewal Instructions and administrative procedures summary calendar, available on the student extranet.
